Outdoor Group Fitness

Great for overall body strength and conditioning in a fun and friendly environment. We combine a range of exercises:

Strength fitness: working on building your overall body strength, with a combination of body weighted exercises and the use of equipment

Cardio fitness interval training: designed to get your heart rate pumping

Boxing: a complete body workout and great stress reliever
